Matthieu Salvaing is a photographer based in Paris.
Raised in the Camargue of Southern France, Matthieu pursued photography in Arles.
He later lived in South America, where he collaborated Oscar Niemeyer for twenty years. They published numerous works together, most notably the retrospective monographs of 2001 – 2010 with Editions Assouline.
Matthieu works with the the noteworthy figurers of contemporary architecture and design.
Their collaborations are edited by the leading publishing houses.
